CRN[protected].. I as travelled and understand convinience fees was chnaged for miniride, when i raiaed problems to customers they are not accepting and saying no convenience fees chagred and after some time they are disconnected call, third customer care helped to raise complaints for callback from senior and got call and i have shared the invoice which i received, finally she agreed yes convinience fees charged she want to check and update internally . After two days got mail from ola support fees chaged correctly and closed ticket also post that customer care not ready to take complaint again .No resolution received
