I had book ola out station from kolkata airport. Estimated fare was rs.9300 approx. But finally i had to pay the bill of rs.13650. Driver took long routes even after showing short possible ways. He took from quite interior areas, small roads, and uncomfortable ride. I could not do anything but to keep calm and see what was happening, because my family was with me. He kept on asking extra money for food and stay. He charged approx. Rs.600/-. He was using insulting language. My trip ended quite irritating. I want refund of extra money i paid to him.
