I booked a ola outstation cab on 2nd sep'18 from mysore to ooty for which they informed the charge of rupees 3000. Driver dropped me in ooty around 11:30 pm and asked for the payment of rupees 3000 and i paid a cash of rupees 3000.
I go to my room where my family stays and went to sleep. At 12 am, i got a call from ola customer care stating that overall amount for the ride is 5400 so i need to pay the remaining amount to the driver waiting outside. I was confused and with 3 of my family members i ran back to the driver and explaining the situation, later they agreed that it was a misinterpretation of kms and disconnected the call without any concern.
Me & my family was totally disturbed and lost our sleep for the day. Its not fair to call the customers in the midnight with the false information. This would be my first and last ride with ola. I am completely dissatisfied with the approach, please do not do this to any other customers. Was this information helpful? |
