On oct 4th, 2019, during a rental trip of 4hrs, the car was broke down after 2hrs.
I called the ola customer care number[protected] & informed about the issue.
But ola has charged me for 4 hrs rental for a trip of 2 hrs ride.
The trip was interrupted due to the cab broke down - which is not my fault, but ola has charged excess amount for this issue.
Even after repeated requests, ola has not done a refund. Was this information helpful? |
