Hello team,
My issue is about some 2 months old pending payment of rs 94 that ola is claiming while i book my cab. This has been told to me today when i spoke with the customer care team, that this is about some payment pending of aug 12.
In my past 2 complaints with ola, the reps i spoke with called it a technical glitch and mentioned that it will be resolved in 48 hours as they cannot see why is it showing pending. Today i spoke with sangam and his supervisor deb, both were extremely rude and loud. Using statements like - i can see it here with my own eyes, that you dont know how to use the app, that you deboarded the cab lying to the driver. How could they even say such things to a client???
This is extremely shocking for me that they had the audacity to use such statements with a client. I must report it to ola management that they'd definitely loose a client here and i am going to pass it on on social media and in my entire circle.
