This is a case of jan 2020 (Ola request id : 2573115). Regarding i have logged a complaint on 5th feb, 2020. Still i have not received any solution from ola.
I have repeatedly sent a few email to short out this issue.
But unfortunately they have not respond in a proper manner.
Rather from last 2 weeks they are threatening me to pay the complete amount otherwise they will take legal action.
This is my humble request as a middle class, please take this matter seriously.
This is a complete harassment.
How they can ask customer to pay the amount whereas the problem is from their end.
I am also requiting to stop this type of non professional activities. And please stop threaten me.
I am also requesting our government to take action on such kind of service provider.
