I wanted to close my Ola Postpaid and for the I sent an email on 3rd June, 2022 but there was no response, I sent a few reminders but all in vain. Then I wrote to the grievance team on June 7th, 2022 but no response from there as well.
This is a pathetic company in terms of customer service. Many customers a facing issues with this company as they don not provide any customer service and we cannot reach them as there is no direct number and they don't respond on email and twitter.

request you to take strict action against the Founder Bhavish Aggarwal as he is responsible for this culture.

Updated by abhi8317 No response even after 2 weeks. This company and it's founder is so shameless that they will not respond unless a legal notice is sent.
