This is regarding my grievance related to Ola money postpaid.
I had taken a ride on 30 th July 2:32 PM CRN. [protected] and was charged Rs. 842 for the same. I have paid same by cash and same was deducted from my Ola money postpaid account as well. I had raised several service requests and the first one was SR.[protected] for refund at August . I have been following up diligently but I have been receiving no positive response on the same.

Initially it was informed twice or thrice to me that the refund would take 10 business days. The refund has not been credited yet. Instead of giving false assurances, why the team is not providing any workaround like clearing of ola money postpaid dues till the issue is resolved. My CIBIL will get affected due to this.
Meanwhile I have also requested to resolve the harrassment from the collection team about constant reminders of collection of postpaid dues. I am still getting those reminders and messages.
