Booked a cab for dropping at airport. The driver was supposed o pick up at 3.45 am. No message from ola regarding trip other than the confirmation of booking. When searched in the application, a cab was assigned. Tried to contact the driver and the number was switched off.
Imagine the situation, whar we have to take a flight at 6.00 am and the callous nature of the service provider by not responding.
Un-fortunately, there was no provision to call and enquire the status. The standard reply when lodged a complaint is that they will take care next time.
At 5.45 am, i receive a message that my trip has been canceled.
Ola talks big and claims of excellent service. This is the service they provide.
Fortunately, another service provider responded and we were able to catch our flight.
We suffered lot of agony and tension because of this in efficient service by ola. Was this information helpful? |
