Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — demanding double payment from ola cab

Demanding double payments:rs 133.00 dated 25.02.2019 and rs 118.00 dated 13.03.2019 (Total rs 271.00)

1) i regret to say that these tickets regarding my complaints sent through my both emails are neither resolved nor i got reply from your side. Despite i am getting repeated calls and sms (It is one of harassment from you) to pay dues with penalty which i had already paid to the driver in cash and also deducted from ola post paid for which i had never given my consent.

2) in this regards, i again furnishings the facts for your perusal and quick action to resolve the issues promptly.

A) i never given my consent for your ola post paid service so i was totally unaware.
B) on 25.02.2019, i hired cab and made payment of rs 133.00 to the driver in cash as usual.
C) on 13.03.2019, i again hired cab and made payment of rs 118.00 to the driver in cash as usual.
D) after few days, i got the call and sms from you for payment of above dues which was already paid in cash and then i got in notice from you that you have given me this facility and i selected this option while booking cabs and it was also deducted from ola post paid service for which i was unaware.
E) during my conversation with your customer care personnel, they told me that dues of rs 118.00 will be reversed as it brings to notice by me to you during your timeframe but for rs 133.00, they will put note to appropriate authority for reversal. (Can check from voice record)
F) as the issue was pending and i was getting your calls and sms continuously for payment of dues with penalty, then i again contacted to your customer service. During conversation, they said to do kyc for refund and change email id as old email id of mine was closed due to my retirement from sbi. As per their instructions, i have done my kyc and changed email id. (Here you can check voice record).
G) here i regret to say again that despite my repeated emails you are given only ticket numbers with the message for updation without resolving my issues and keep to make calls and sms for payment of dues with penalty which is increasing by rs 1 daily.
H) in this connection, i have to inform that you can check the payment made by me in cash to the driver from your record and can reverse the dues of ola post paid. But you are not doing it purposely but harassing me by making daily calls and sms.

I again request you to do the investigation and resolve my issue.
