Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — demanding extra rupees

When ever i book an auto through ola, drivers demanding for extra rs 20 to pay. If we only agree to pay then only they are ready to pick up. This has been very worst experience i have faced all the time with auto driver. If this is the case why we can go with ola booking we can deal with the local auto drivers itself. If auto driver are not comfortable to take the ride with the ola fare calculation. Please remove those auto drivers. Don't make us worry with developed technology. The worst part is they don't even worry or care about even we complaint.in such case passenger security is also a big question here.
