I am a regular consumer of your services. It is highly disappointing to mention that the temperament, attitude and conduct of the personnel(driver) hired by you is unprofessional, unethical and impolite, to say the least. Post booking they call and ask for destination to know of the destination is near or far. I am guessing hereI, which is because of the kind of money they make in a long trip. If the destination is nearby(which was my case), they either cancel or ask you to cancel, while making excuses that their tyre is punctured. If destination is not provided, they behave impolitely and ask for the destination again. The second driver(named Piyush) assigned to me did this. He did not cancel, asked me to cancel post enquiring about destination.
Is this the way to treat a legit consumer of your services? Is it how you brief your drivers to behave?
I waited for half an hour, for a 15 min journey due to this mess. Finally, I had to book an Uber.
Their personnel are the opposite of yours. They are punctual, respectful and treat with dignity.
I want this issue to be solved ASAP. I want those drivers to be taught a lesson so that they don't repeat this. Was this information helpful? |
