Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Didn't get money | |||||
Hi Sir/madam, I am Anandarao b, booked and completed a ride on ola cab on 23rd Nov 2016 . I gave 2000 rupees to driver, but he didnt give remaining amount . Even i reminded him many times, but he didn't give that. He is not a polite person and rash driving. At the time of completion of ride, he didn't have sufficient amount of change. Kindly observe the below details of my ride and driver details. It has been two months, i was waiting for his reply and money. Booked taxi on 19.01.17 from 11/34, J.J.Nagar, Mohapair East to Chennai Central. Reference No 4883. It is less than 10 km, started around 9.30 and reached at 10 a.m. But I paid Rs.460. It is unreasonable. I want the excess to be refunded.
