Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — disrespectful and insulting behaviour of cab driver | |||
Mail sent to ola support : Dear sir, Me and my wife had a very sad and bad experience today afternoon around 12.30 pm when we booked an ola cab at lbs airpor, babatpur, varanasi for our flight. Ola confirmed us by sending message - "santosh ([protected]) is on the way to your location in a white zest up65ft6403. Once you board the cab please share otp-7087 with driver to start trip." And the time given was 3 minutes for reporting. However, we called him and he was very disrespectful and casual tone wise and asked us about our destination. Once we told - mahmoorganj - he quickly said that his cab is punctured and he was getting it repaired. And he will not go. On reminding him that you must have reported about breakdown to ola or otherwise how they can assign you. He kept silent. On asking that when your cab is broke down - why you insisted to know our destination rather informing us about the condition of your cab. He was again laughing and insulting and did not reply properly. He said - "aap dusra kar lo". Now see - here we are forced to compare our experiences o[censored]ber (At delhi) with you people that their handling and behavior with customers are of very professional and polite. Whereas this was our 3rd experience of facing rude and cheap behavior / dealing of ola drivers over which it seems ola do not have any control. We don't know that whether you people shall even bother to acknowledge our mail or any action would be taken to get rid of such mood/time spoilers but one thing is for sure that in such a scenario it seems that ola's survival has got a?
