Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — double charge for outstation trip to nandi hills. | |||
Trip Id : CRN[protected] My fried booked an Ola out station round trip to Nandi Hills from Marathahalli on 26th Dec 2020. Start time 5:00 AM and End Time 12:00PM. The app was showing fare as an amount of 2250. When we reached Nandi Hills, driver said that its one way trip. Now when we returned back to Marathahalli around 12 PM, the bill amount was 4557. Its a clearly fraud and loot of Ola Cabs and their driver. Its a clear case of cheating their customer. If the app shows 2250 for round trip, how they can charge double. I request everybody, not to take Ola Out-station ever. In fact I will suggest not to use Ola at all. Worst Policy. Customer care Never Respond. Its just a big loot. Seems that in COVID, they lost all their business and because of that they have started looting customer to feed their employee. Was this information helpful? | |||
