Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Double charging for the same ride - no refund processed since 3-jul-2019 | |||
Ref: Ola ride details : Wed, Jul 03, 08:47 PM- ₹214 - Cool Cab•CRN [protected] for which I had to pay in cash Rs 214 to the cab driver because the Gpay transaction (Rs 250/-) did not show up in the Ola app. When contacted to Ola customer care, the representative denied receipt of any payment via Gpay. I have been chasing this with Gpay for almost more than 18 months now and recently got confirmation from Banking Ombudsman that it is in fact paid and settled with Ola's Axis Bank w/ RRN NO[protected] on 4-Jul-2019. Transaction details: Txn Date : 03/07/2019 Narration : [protected]@AXISBANK-UTIB[protected]-UPI RRN / UPI Reference ID :[protected] Google Txn id: CICAgKDq742nXg/ Value Date : 03/07/2019 Withdrawal Amount : 250.00 Transaction settlement details : Date of settlement : 04.07.2019. RRN NO :[protected] Amount : 250/- Merchant Name : OLA " With the new info, I contacted OLA Cab customer care over email and on their facebook page for processing the refund of Rs 250/- for the ride. But they do not respond at all. When I tried to raise a support request on ola app, it fails with internal error. I am attaching the relevant info in support of my claim. Kindly look into it.
