Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — double charging for trip on 5th sep | |
I took a Ola cab ride on 5th Sep and paid cash of Rs. 1407 to driver after the trip. I use Ola very infrequently and I tried to book Ola cab gain on 18th Oct and was told that there is outstanding amount of 1407 against my account. Despite paying full trip charges to driver for which I don't get any receipt, Ola wants to pay me again for the same trip. I have also attached the screen shot for the trip which shows payment by Cash of 1407 and not sure what backend changes have been done by Ola to fleece me. Was this information helpful? | |
