I had taken an ola rental ride CRN [protected] on 1st Aug 1:43 PM. The fare amount was Rs 1545. On completion of the ride, the amount was deducted from my Paytm account. But also the driver demanded cash. He said he accepted the ride only for cash payment as he didn't have any cash left for fuel. He asked for cash before leaving and said the Paytm amount will come back to me. But it has been 7 days since I didn't get my money back.
I contacted Ola Customer Care several times on Twitter, calls, and via emails, but they don't respond. Very pathetic customer support. Now its has become my daily routine to ask for updates but there is no response from them. I called the driver to refund the money but he denied saying he has informed Ola Services that he had already taken cash payment. Please help me out.

Updated by devendra616 i have called the cab driver for a refund. He said that he had received a call from the OLA and he had already informed them that he had received cash for the drive. But I didnt get it on my account from OLA services.
