I had made payment to ola ani technology on 10/12/2017 and submitted proof of sms messages sent to ola against debit to my credit card and email proof also.
On 11/12/2017 i wanted to go to another place i called ola customer service about the payment shown outstanding. They told me to make payment again and double payment will be reversed in 4 working days. So i made payment in good faith and continue with my next ride by making payment of rs 373/- again for same journey twice on 11/12/17 and sent proof of double payment. But even after follow up for 45 days no action by ola to reverse excess paid amount by me. Last week i even sent them email to ola support of my credit card statement as proof. But no reply as on date 29/01/2018. Was this information helpful? |
