Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Double transaction has been paid to Ola Cabs we want return

20 Feb 2023 by a UPI Transaction ID ( upi[protected]we have pay 1123 amount to OLA CABS Pvt. ltd ( [protected]@axisbank ) . After the completion of ride driver ask for cash money 985/- cash will pay to driver . on a same ride have to pay double amount, After that we complaint to ola cabs support request raised Ticket NO :[protected] on dated 24 Feb, on a same request " Sanjoy Jana " & " Simran Jaiswal " confirmed that over a call as well in written in ola cabs support chat " . ola cabs will be refunding an amount of Rs. 1123/- through NEFT transfer will typically takes 10 working days " .
After this confirmation from Ola cabs have already shared my bank details in ola cabs support chat .
After sharing all details will continue chasing ola cabs till now but they are not revert back to us .More than a month we are chasing ola cabs still on a same page.

I want return my amount 1123rs has been paid to Ola Cabs.
