Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Driver behaved rudely and Charged twice the amount (Rs.1300 instead of Rs.682)

Had a Terrible and helpless situation
Booked a cab from Hyderabad airport to the city for my elderly parents . Quoted fare was Rs.682. The driver intentionally took a long route and had the audacity to display the amount he typed (Rs.1300) using some other app to my parents. My parents being not so technologically sound and Naive had paid the amount he demanded. Pls look into this and do the needful
