Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — driver being arrogant and rude | |||||
I booked an ola cab and after sometime i called him and asked to come to the ot gate of kgh hospital. But then he was all nagging about the parking problems but the thing is that i had a patient with who can't walk that far so i told him to come inside the gate (So there was no problem of parking). Even then he was rudely answering me because i told him to come inside. And when i told him that i am gonna cancel the ride then he agreed to it very arrogantly. He was not patient enough to come near the customer who was not able to walk. Was this information helpful? | |||||
