Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Driver cancelled cab and i was charged rs 75 | |||
My name is jayaprakash, mobile number : [protected]. On 29th september i booked cab from chennai airport. Once my trip got confirmed, i called up driver and driver denied service as he wants to take some other route pickup. Then i cancelled and rebooked ola cab. I noticed that rs75 was deducted from me as cancellation charge. Crn[protected], driver name chandran. Inspite of raising complaint to ola[protected], no action was taken. I got a awesome expereince now. I got call from OLA support Number : [protected], he told me he is calling from OLA and started abusing that I have given this complaint. Unfortunately I have not recorded this call, it could have served me as a best evidence
