Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — driver cancelled the cab and no information about cancellation | |||
Hi, this is the second time the scenario happened to me. I booked ola rentals 1 day before and the driver cancelled the booking 5 minutes before the scheduled time. Never go for ola guys. Worst service ever. Driver name is ajithkumar a. My order number is crn[protected]. I have also attached the order details. They don't have a courtesy to inform me about the cancellation. I figured it out myself only after i checked in the portal. I called the customer care which they never connect immediately. After connecting, they are asking me to book an other cab. I will never ever book ola cabs again. Because of this issue, i have to cancel all my meeting today and lost so many important things. Was this information helpful? | |||
