Dear ola team, On 27 may 2017 booked ola cabs. We have given the guidance of pickup location to driver by calling on his number [protected] nearly 6 times besides gps. Every time he was assuring that, he will reach the pickup point in 2-3 minutes. We called ola customer care number [protected] so that they will guide the driver & bring seriousness to driver of dropping us at exam center of llm entrance in time but invain. I have already informed the driver that i have to appear for my llm entrance exam during my every call. The driver canceled ride after half an hour waiting and stopped responding calls. I could not reach my exam centre in time and hence missed my exam. It has reflected major loss in my legal career profession and mental agony by missing the exam. On 27 may mailed to ola support; not received satisfactory response, on 2nd june mailed ola support 2nd time but in vain. The attachments and screenshots are the evidences in support of our claim. Attached llm entrance hall ticket also for reference. Screenshots are: 1. First mail copy to ola on 27th may 2017 2. Second mail copy to ola on 2nd june 2017 3.
