I had taken the above ride from Santacruz West to Seawoods

The driver asked me to pay in cash/Gpay as he needed the money even though I had selected Ola postpaid. He told me he needed the money and something about a refund being initiated

Please find attached my payment to him through Gpay

Please issue the refund to me.
