Dear sir, Please refer to my telephonic instructions & trail mail, my wallet already deducted by rs.842/- & cash rs.842/- paid to driver by me too. As my wallet still not been credited till now. Kindly arrange for crediting the amount as it is my first time fault & as i was not aware. As ola has denied for refund. I booked an ola when it was showing ride estimate of 78rs and after reaching the destination the driver charged me 112rs.This is not the first time that i have been cheated by ola drivers.Fraud Company

It's been over 5 rides in which the driver themselves denied their duty of not coming to a particular destination still my account got deactivated though now it reactivated but this is not a way of dealing with!
If they don't want to ride they shouldn't confirm the booking.
