Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — driver complaint for misleading and cheating | |||
Sir, i had booked the olashare cab no. UP13AT 2195 wagonR, for my relative (female). When the cab arived, i found that there were 3 person sitting in the cab, but there was only one booking was seen in my ola app apart from me. i asked the cab driver, he replied that there may be some technical problem in my app. I said ok and sent my relative, but during the journey my relative came to know that 2 person were sitting without booking the cab. Driver has cheated and misguide my relative(female). This might be security concern for my relative. I had tried to call customer support but my call was on hold. After some time, i connected to customer support executive, i said i am your regular and loyal client and told about the whole situation, but the executive was well trained to cover up the situation and said "you should call during the journey" I said that i had tried a lot, but you support system was busy, and he said he will raise this issue. I am very much disappoined with this kind of cheap act done by ola driver. I just want to say that i want my money back from the old driver not from the company.
