I filed a complaint on 3 June at 12 PM at Ola support via call regarding the above ride in which the driver didn't end the ride at the destination & left from there and continues driving with so final bill was 463 instead of 215. No resolution - 7 June.

Post validation, partner confirmed that upon riders request partner dropped the rider back to the station. Hence, we regret to inform that we will not be able to make any changes to the fare charged.
My Reply
The Driver partner said and you believed it and not believing on customer's complain without any technical analysis that what was my app's location when he was driving back to station and if this was the case why didn't he requested to change the destination to me. I am really surprise that Ola didn't consider such cases and resolving issues just on the basis of driver's words rather than data and technical analysis to identify the glitch. For future take on, please enable end ride OTP for all rides as well.
