On the 5th jan 2019 an old lady along with a 6-year-old child got into the cab (Crn-[protected]) to reach the airport. The driver (K arun) doesn't know the way and also local language. Apparently, he couldn't follow the map displayed on his screen.
The route that is 32 km has taken 46.2 km. It takes usually about 30-40 min but the driver took 80 min to reach.
Due to this delay, the old lady and the child had to miss the flight and had to book new tickets for the next flight.
It has caused significant stress on the travelers and also huge loss of money.
The response from the customer care was to provide the no show certificate form airlines so that the can refund the cab fare. Pathetic care.
