Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Driver messaging vulgar language to my mobile and taking vulgarly language

Dear Ola team.

Yesterday[protected]. I have tried to book the Ola auto. The auto driver refused to come in online payment(Paytm) transaction. He asking money for ride. I said, I don't have money right now.
He forcing me to cancel the Ride from my end. As I am in an emergency. I said, I will not cancel, you are not coming for the ride, so you will only cancel the same.

Then, he called many times and talked vulgar language and rudely asking to cancel from my end. Again I said NO.
The driver was messaging me vulgar messages to my mobile number. Pls find below sample image. Not only images I have call history and voice recording.

I need strict discipline action towards this driver.

And also kindly update what discipline action is taken towards the drivers.
