Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — driver misbehaved and did not cheated money (80 rupees). | |
I with my daughter travelled by an ola from my home to capital hospital, bhubaneswar today 21/12/2017. We were upset due to a medical case. He listened all our discussions, while he asked for rs 120/, i gave him ₹500/ note. He misbehaved regarding change and why im not using pat tm and all. He did nt return ₹180/ even. I have taken a ride of 6kms in which there is no traffic and auto had taken only 15-17min. The fare was Rs.87 and I had paid Rs. 90 and remaining 3left to him as he did not have change. However for first 4kms amount was Rs. 29 and for next 2kms bill was charged to Rs. 58. Is it a joke or what???????? OLA customer support is not helping me.
