Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — driver mobile switched off but cancellation charges recovered from your account

We booked driver on saturday night from annanager to neyveli scheduled at sunday morning 5 am. Driver has been alloted and when we try to contact at 5 am, his mobile is switched off. We waited for 15 min and unable to contact him. His mobile is switched off. We cancelled to book other ride. Cancellation charges rs. 150 deducted pls take action against driver name thangavel and contact number [protected]
