I would like to raise a complain CRN reference - CRN[protected].
I had clearly told the driver over phone that my destination was Chennai Central.Moreover I mentioned that I had to go towards Tidal park so that he doesn't come to the other side of the road.
After starting the ride the driver tells he won't go an inch ahead of tidal park and denied duty and stopped us at National Institute of Fashion Technology, Chennai.
I was surprised to see the driver telling if you don't know Tamil then don't come to Chennai.Apparently he heard the destination to be Tidal Park. He misbehaved inappropriately with my lady friend as well.
I don't know the criteria OLA follows to recruit drivers but kindly educate them properly as what to speak to the customers.
People like him is tarnishing the City image as well.
This is not the first complain in writing to OLA, hope this won't go unheard and some action will be taken against him.
Please revert back.
