I booked a ride on 6 jan 2020 for 4.45 AM 7 jan 2020 but next morning driver rishab is not contactable. He is not picking up my call. We lost the train because of him. After few hours he picked up the call and said that yes got the confirmation regarding journey and didn't said anything instead of this and ended my call. I want compensation from the company.
