Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Driver not showing up when it was needed | |||||
Yesterday in the morning i tried to take the ola auto service. Which i thought would be convenient for me. As i wanted to go for the prayer service. I booked the auto at 9:17 am. Got a confirmation of driver coming to the destination (Arvind kumar - auto - dl1rm 6765). However when i called him. He said that he has cancelled the booking. So check the message. So i again booked an auto at 9:20 am and got a response that auto is coming (Dhoom singh - auto - dl1rm 5543). But when i called on his number, he didn't knew the way. He said, he is at khan pur. Then he handed over the phone to someone else. I spoke to that person also and explained the route. But he kept on asking me many questions where is it and where you have to go. So i said i have already registered and you might have received the message about it. Hearing that he kept the phone and cancelled the booking. So pathetic because of which i had to find someother alternative. Was this information helpful? | |||||
