I booked a cab from balewadi highstreet. Driver was away by 10 mins.I called him 8 times.He rejected the calls & then put his phone on flight.He arrived nearby our location & halted at a place.he Cancelled ride after 25 min.We approached him by folowing GPS location.He was busy watching movie on phone.He lied that he got no booking & talked rudely.
We wasted our half an hour waiting for him. He did not recieve calls. He shut the car's window on our face.Such rude behavior cannot be tolerated. Such service from Ola is nit expected

Please refer to my booking at 10:06 PM of 13.07.2018, Mini CRN [protected]. The driver Dilip did not pay the toll tax and instead called us to board near metro entrance gate 3. But he charged full fare of Rs. 773 which includes tall tax.
