Driver took cash from me and money got deducted from the my postpaid wallet. I had called customer care, he said, that he had a talk with driver and driver is saying that he haven't took any cash from me. And now customer care people is saying they can't do anything as driver is saying he haven't took any cash from me.. I requested to connect to the driver, he said, it is not possible to connect to the driver and asked to connect the higher authority, he said they are not available … i need a required action against it asap.
