Driver entered wrong odometer reading in an outstation cab and thought we won't notice and made the bill of 365 km. But when looked at the meter it was only 230 km. I called customer service and they said that pay the full amount and rest will be refunded within 48 hrs. Its more than 5 days But nobody called from Ola, neither the amount was refunded. I tried calling several times but they always say that we will escalate the matter. And still no response. Even driver asked me to pay ₹1500 in advance for tolls and taxes and after the ride he asked me again to pay for the toll. I paid ₹7264 ( bill+ tolls) after the ride.
