Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — drivers denying duty after accepting ride

Drivers accept the duty initially and then deny... This is wasting our time and delaying us to our duties... We need practical solution to this and also compensation... We're being blamed everywhere due to this denied delays by drivers. Neither the ola customer care is reachable to let them know our problems and pains. For no fault o[censored]s, we're suffering...
