Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Drivers refusing to go to a particular destination

My relatives had a flight from Pune airport on 12th September.
I booked an ola. Afroj ([protected]) White Vista MH13AX1198 talked to me and told me he would reach in 5 minutes. Next minute I received a message of cancellation of the cab.
Next I booked another cab Shankar ([protected]) iGrey Vista MH14CX3086.
Same result. On declaring the destination he too canceled the booking.
Again I booked another car. Gautam ([protected]) White Dzire Tour MH14FC2851.
He came to us.our guests boarded the car. On knowing the destination he too refused to go. HIGHLY FRUSTRATING. THEY HAD A FLIGHT TO CATCH.
I WILL NEVER TRY OLA in future.
Will delete the app today itself.

Today I travelled from east Delhi to Gurgaon which is 39.9 Km by ola micro cab but you people charged 11 per km instead of 6 rupees per km, can you please tell me the reason why so ???

Anytime I want to book a cab, all I get is a message that there is technical error and hence no booking. This has been happening for the past few weeks and it is really irritating. I contacted ola customer care who did not give it much importance and soon forgot about it. Please help
