This is the ride that happened on 16th December, 2016.Where it is ride about OLA share where I'm initially started using OLA credit.Where I had ride from Hafeezpet to OLD ALWAL. However I had charges Rs 158.where the money from OLA credit has been deducted and also I paid through cash.Later I realized and contacted customer support it been like more than 45 days.
No resolution from the customer support.Had word with escalation team and agent name is "Tejaswini".And during the conversation I contacted driver and even driver agreed that he has taken money .But I'm unable to put the call on conference.Here even it is not the mistake of driver as on that day he unable t tell me whether he already received the money from ola credit.contacted customer support today i.e 27th January 2016.And this time had word with another escalation "DEEPA".And this time she said that if they able to contact driver they will resolve it or else we can't do anything.This is the kind of service they are offerring. This is really big time to go through with Customer support .I'm sorry but this is kind of frustration and mental harassment that customer support provide.Hope this some one will take care of this.This big time harrasment Was this information helpful? |
