This is to let you know that myself mayur sharma booked ola from bidhan park to santragachi more 4times and non of your drivers arrived and given lame excuses like pick up location is not in my range, my mobile phone is going to off and many more. Is this fare enough to harrash your customer like this???
I need to know what you are doing for this incident and what actions are you going to take against this complain???
