Dear sir,

I paid ₹426 for this ride. I accepted the fair amount as i have no knowledge of the distance to be covered. But felt that this fare was too much for the distance covered. I sent a fare excess complaint but you said the amount displayed at the time of booking online only charged.
I booked the return journey from the same drop place to my home again after 1hour and i was only ₹220 charged.
How you are charging with this discrepancy. While dropping the driver itself admitted that ₹426 was a higher side and for the distance covered the fare

Should be less than ₹250.
Please recalculate the fare again and do the corrective action immediately.
