Dear ola team
I had booked a cab on 5th or 6th may (Outstation) for my visit to harihareshwar temple (From 10th may to 12 may) with a approx rent of 6700/-.
I was shocked to see your confirmation (Driver - abul kalam - white excent) that too just 1 hr before at 6.30 am stating my booking got cancelled. Immediately i booked another cab and her estimation was 8800/-.
Now you tell me, why i should be penalised by paying more when i had booked the cab 5 days in advance, if the cab was cancelled by you or your driver (I have no who cancelled), why i need to pay more because of your failure. You got so many cabs servicing for you, you could have assign any other cab without my intervention.
I am going to lodge a consumer complain against ola for this fraudulent transaction also is going to post on concerned online forums.
We are having a corporate tie up with ola and above incidence is going to make me to rethink to continue with ola or not.
I am expecting your revert for refund of almost 2000/- by 18 may 2019 without further delay. Was this information helpful? |
