Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Excess payment

I have booked an ola cab on 21/02/2017 through my ola app. The Vehicle number TS07UB6025, Driver Sateesh, Mobile no.[protected].Silver Indica, OTP NO. 8266. The vehicle picked me up from Erragadda to East Marredpally, the charges were Ra.169. Though I had ola money in my account, the driver requested me to pay in cash, since he does not even have money for breakfast also. He promised me that money will not be deducted from my account. To my surprise, I have received a message at 12:12 that ₹169/- has been deducted from my ola money. I immediately spoke to the driver at the above number and he has assured me that the he will get the transaction cancelled.
