Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Extra charge for same distance ride | |||||
I had booked an ola cab white wagon r (No up12at1660) for my parents on 6/9/2016 from dilshad garden delhi to sec 120 noida. They have charged rs 580 for the same distance which costs not more than rs 350 in previous rides. They have charged rs 200 for state tax/mcd which was not either informed, not charged previously. Crn[protected] for this ride I have a complaint why this extra payment was charged wihtout any prior information? Why unnecessary route was taken when the route without tolltax was there which was used earlier. Bill shows state tax/mcd but according to my parents there was not any toll tax Was this information helpful? | |||||
