on 16th may 2022 i booked schedule ola outstation ride for my sister (who don't know about such a long route about 149 Km just wants to reach her home from another location) to (gagan Avenue society, kondhwa, pune) from (century park building, pooja nagar, mira road) from the app for morning 7.30AM.
NOW when driver went at pickup location 10 minutes late. he ask for cash payment to another person who gone there only to loading her luggage. and in midway of route he stops(approximate after 1 hour of journey) for gas filling 15-20 and asked her for cash payment then she called me about this i told driver i always used to pay by only ola money wallet, then started shouting ye to aaaplog ne galat kiya bla bla bla. i refused to give him cash. then after that she my sister paid all toll by cash which is mentioned in ride details. and he dropped her at her location gagan Avenue society, kondhwa pune.
now i got charged multiple bogus charges with this ride.
1. i booked for ride as mentioned above address, and you can see our dropped location is also same as booking time location then how come your agent give reply me i charged 10 KM extra due to location change??
2. your driver waited my sister at his gas station for 15 20 minutes then how ola charging us extra waiting time ?? as per your invoice i got charged for extra 15 minutes?? i have recording with him he was asking for money at gas station.
3. now i am not getting any response from you above support ticket, and i tried to call on you ola call centre 4 times my call dropped midway of talk .
if this is support team, then let me know how much i have to pay to Clear my dues and how can i cancel my ola postpaid plus account and ola account too, to make sure i never use ola service again. 🙏
above is the last which i sent to ola support on Twitter after this they are not replying me
