My name is Saikiran, I took a ride on august 18th 2022 at 5:59 pm CRN [protected]. while booking the estimated fare is shown as approx 200rs and I took the ride after I got dropped off at my location (as you can see I book cabs for the same route on daily basis, as it was my route from my office to home ). But the driver didn't end the trip and continued on and ended the trip after some time which resulted in a higher fare of 2344rs. when I contacted the executives of OLA regarding the issues they responded by saying that "I have requested the driver to change destination "( as claimed by the driver ). if I want to change the destination I would have done it in the OLA application itself as I know how to use the application. so I told the OLA executives the same thing, but they said that they are sorry that they can't do anything about the issue. I'm really disappointed by the way the OLA executives behaved by putting calls on hold for long times sometimes even ending the call without informing me. PFA of Ride details.
