I have booked a ola drive from the chennai airport to madippakkam on 24.08.2019 evening around 5.00 pm
The first booking made by the ola booth staff is given as below,
Otp for booking your ola ride is 1448. Valid till 05:03 pm. By providing the otp, you agree to terms and conditions https://point.olacabs.com/customer-tnc
As the booth staff was getting the response from the server he made a repetitive booking without cancelling the first booking.
I got the ola cab booked by the second time and proceeded my ride.
Now the first booked ola driver was calling me to cancel the first booking.
I replied him politely that the booking was made at the chennai airport ola booth and it has to be done at their end.
The driver was using filth and abusive foul languages against me for not cancelling the trip.
I have shared the driver's number as below,

I request you to take a strong action against this driver for using the foul language to your client. If failing to do so, this driver would keep abusing the clients and defaming your corporate value and the ethics.
